The inquiry nobody answered in time
Evenings, weekends and your busiest hours are exactly when nobody can pick up the phone. The customer doesn't wait: they message the next business on the list.
You paid to get that inquiry. Someone else closed it.
Built around your business, not a template
We build AI systems that answer your customers, chase the ones who went quiet and give your team instant answers about how your company works. In the tools you already use.
For any business that answers customers, follows up and repeats the same work every week
Saturday
Hi, do you have any openings this week?
And roughly what does it run?
Hi Jordan! Yes, we do.
The first visit is a walkthrough, no charge, and you get the exact quote there.
Thursday 11:30 AM or Friday 4:00 PM?
Thursday works
You're booked for Thursday at 11:30 AM. I'll send a reminder the day before.
Recreated example
They have nothing to do with your industry. They happen in clinics, in auto shops, in law firms and in construction companies, and they all come down to the same thing: work that only gets done when somebody has a free minute.
Evenings, weekends and your busiest hours are exactly when nobody can pick up the phone. The customer doesn't wait: they message the next business on the list.
You paid to get that inquiry. Someone else closed it.
Quotes that never got a second call. Customers who stopped coming and nobody noticed. Everyone agrees somebody should follow up, and the week fills up with urgent things instead.
Revenue you already paid to acquire, sitting idle.
What's our policy on this? Where's that document? How did we handle this last year? Your most experienced people spend their day answering things that are already written down somewhere.
Your best people doing your cheapest work.
None of this gets fixed by hiring faster or working harder. It gets fixed by having a system that does it every time, without being reminded.
Each one solves one of the three leaks. They work on their own, and they work better together. We build the one you need first.
The front desk that never closes
An assistant that picks up your calls and messages around the clock, answers with your services, your prices and your policies, and books the appointment or the job straight into your calendar. It introduces itself with your business name and never pretends to be something it isn't.
Works for anyone whose customers call or message to book, ask a price or check availability.
Follow-up that never forgets
It works through your customer list and your open quotes: who hasn't come back, who never replied, who's due for the next visit. It reaches out with a reason that actually fits that person, in controlled batches, and stops the moment someone says no.
Works for anyone with a customer list, a CRM or a pile of quotes that went quiet.
The assistant that knows your company
A private assistant trained on your documents: procedures, price lists, contracts, manuals, past projects. Your team asks in plain English and gets the answer with the document it came from, so anyone can check it. New hires get up to speed without shadowing someone for a month.
Works for any team that keeps answering the same internal questions, or onboards people often.
If what you need is none of these three, say so on the call. We'd rather tell you it isn't for us than sell you a project that shouldn't exist.
We started in healthcare clinics, where answering fast and following up decides who books. The systems turned out to be the same everywhere else.
If your customers ask, book and come back, the systems fit. The details we build around your business.
Nobody on your team has to change how they work. The system plugs into your tools, follows your rules and tells you everything it does.
Four fixed boundaries. Outside of them, we don't go.
Notice the last line. When the answer isn't in your documents, it says so instead of making one up. That's the difference between a system your team trusts and one they stop using in a month.
You don't need a technical person on your side. We need a few hours of your time at the start and an hour a month after that.
You tell us where the work piles up. We tell you which of the three systems pays off first, what it would take and what it would cost. If nothing fits, we say so on that call.
We map what happens today, step by step, and send you a written plan: what the system does, what it never does, which tools it connects to, the price and the date it goes live. Nothing starts until you approve it.
We build it around your services, your prices, your documents and your calendar, and connect it to your tools. You see it working before it touches a single customer.
The first two weeks live, we review every conversation one by one. After that we adjust, extend and report the numbers every month. We don't hand you a system and disappear.
Timelines start once we have access to your tools and the documents the system needs. Phone and messaging registration in the US can add a couple of weeks; it's the one step that doesn't depend on us.
We're a young company, so instead of a wall of logos we don't have, here's exactly what we built for three businesses and what changed for them.
Appointment reminders went out by hand, whenever someone at the front desk had a free minute. Campaigns to past patients were always on the list and never actually went out.
Automatic reminders for every appointment, plus segmented campaigns to their patient list, sent over WhatsApp from the clinic's own number and on their own schedule.
The reminders now go out on their own, and reaching out to past patients stopped depending on someone finding a free hour.
See the clinic version of the siteSupplier invoices arrived by email and on paper, and someone had to read them and type them in one by one, line by line.
A system that reads each invoice, pulls out the supplier, the amounts and the dates, checks them and files everything where the team expects to find it.
Freed up more than 10 hours a month of admin work.
Patients wrote at all hours with questions he had already answered a hundred times, and the replies had to wait until he was done seeing people.
An assistant that answers in his own tone, using his protocols and his documents, and hands anything clinical straight to him.
They stopped losing inquiries to slow replies.
Ask us on the call and we'll walk you through any of them from the inside, including what didn't work the first time.
No. You're not buying a product with a login and a manual. We build a system around your business: your services, your prices, your documents, your tools. It runs quietly in what you already use, and we keep it running. What's the same for every client is the method, not the build.
No. We connect to what you already use. If a tool has no way to connect, we tell you before you sign, not after, and we work with what it can export. Changing your systems is never part of the deal.
Some will. Almost nobody minds, because what they want is a fast answer. It introduces itself with your business name, writes the way your team writes and never claims to be a person. If someone asks directly, it tells them and hands the conversation over.
It only speaks from what you've given it: your services, prices, policies and documents. Outside of that it doesn't fill in the blanks; it stops and passes the conversation to a person. For the first two weeks after launch we read every conversation, one by one, and tighten whatever needs tightening.
You do. Phone numbers, messaging accounts and tool accounts are opened in your business's name, with your payment method. We hold technical access to run the system, and that access ends the day you ask. Your documents and customer data are yours, are used only to run your system, and are never used to train public models.
Usually two to four weeks from the approved plan. From you we need access to the tools, whatever documents the system needs, and one working session to learn how you actually operate. After launch, about an hour a month.
Before anything is built you get a written plan with what the system does, what it will never do and what it costs. If the numbers don't hold up, we'll tell you on the call and there's nothing to cancel. Once it's live, you see every conversation it has, so you'll know within weeks, not quarters, whether it's working.
We build and run these systems for US businesses, and they run on your time zone, your hours and your holidays, not ours. Our working day overlaps with your mornings on the East Coast, which is when calls happen. Everything else is written: plan, reports, changes.
Tell us on the call what rules you're under, whether that's HIPAA for health data, state privacy laws or your own contracts. We'll tell you plainly which parts we can build within them, which parts need a different setup, and which parts we won't touch. We'd rather rule something out than promise compliance we haven't checked.
The build is a fixed fee and the system is a monthly fee. Any minimum term is written into the plan before you sign, so you never find one out later. Whatever you've paid for, you keep: the accounts, the number, the data and the conversations.
Tell us where the work piles up and we'll tell you whether a system fixes it, what it would take and what it would cost. If it isn't worth building, you'll hear that from us.
